Delivery times:

Delivery times start counting from confirmation of payment. For main cities 3 to 5 business days. For other towns, municipalities 6 to 7 business days. Special populations, 8 to 12 business days. For payment on delivery, the times begin to count immediately after the purchase is made. WARRANTY POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Only one (1) exchange per item is allowed. Changes are only made by size. No changes are made due to color, design or reference. The exchange of the garment is only allowed when our advisor or quality process confirms that the garment has not been used, has no stains, still has the label, the original packaging and is in excellent condition. The exchange of the garment is only allowed when the reason is a change of size larger or smaller than the one purchased. If a size larger than XL is required, the value could increase; this excess must be paid by the customer before said change is made, by the means informed by the company. The exchange of the garment is not valid when it has been used or does not meet any of the conditions described above. If you submit a product return due to withdrawal, exchange or return, you must assume the cost of round-trip freight.
